Judy Pinner, Director

Judy is a retired CEO and owner of Preferred Billing and Management Services, Inc., a medical billing company. Her company received 2nd Place for the South Carolina Quality Award (based on the Malcolm Baldridge criteria) 2 years in a row.

Judy served on the Rock Hill Chamber of Commerce Board and chaired the Small Business Council. She was awarded the Business Woman of the Year in 2005.

Judy twice served as South Carolina State President of Epsilon Sigma Alpha (a service organization supporting St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Easter Seals, and several other community-based charitable organizations). She also served as International Council Workshop Coordinator.

Judy plays the piano and trumpet. She is a competitive ballroom dancer. You might say that the arts are in her blood.

Judy has been creating art since her college days at East Central State University in Ada, Oklahoma. She says that creating is her therapy. Mixed Media is a particular favorite of hers as she loves to see how items can be added to canvas.
